Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product significantly different from description

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products
  • Products damaged by customer misuse
  • Clearance or discounted items (if marked non-refundable)

3. Return Process

  1. Contact customer support with order ID and product images.
  2. Our team will review and approve the return.
  3. Send the product back to the provided return address.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
  • Refund method: Same as original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days.

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the issue is from our side, we cover return shipping.
  • If customer changes mind, shipping cost will not be refunded.
