1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product delivered
- Product significantly different from description
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used products
- Products damaged by customer misuse
- Clearance or discounted items (if marked non-refundable)
3. Return Process
- Contact customer support with order ID and product images.
- Our team will review and approve the return.
- Send the product back to the provided return address.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
- Refund method: Same as original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–10 business days.
5. Shipping Charges
- If the issue is from our side, we cover return shipping.
- If customer changes mind, shipping cost will not be refunded.
